Missing & Never Found: The Girl Child
Have you seen her anywhere?
Most probably not. And that’s not surprising. Because 6.65 million girls are “missing” in India. Being denied the right to life, millions die before they are even born. Of those that are born, 1 million don’t see their 1st birthday. Even those that survive are deprived of basic nourishment, education & protection.
