Loosing english vocabulary working for IT for long ?

I feel like I am not building my vocabulary having worked for IT Organizations as an IT person for the past 4~years. And I feel its the general trend no matter what your native language is - being in IT your propensity to speak IT language is more and there is no incentive improve your vocab unless you are interacting with senior executives in the org.
